Trying to heal bruises from dancing while still dancing on them? - kneepads for dance
I am a dancer in a team competition. In our room for our next contest, we have some of the breakdancing. I have a huge bruise on the inside of the knees, and finally I have knee, but it is even worse. Is there something I do between tests to heal the wounds?
