I think it could be a warning to keep in the church. There are women allowed to speak, but perhaps women are held in chat and chat "with the program. They do not investigate the background of the Corinthians and hours for which Paul found it necessary to publish this warning.
If you think an admirer legalistic Bible, it does not matter. These quotes are from a letter to the Corinthians, who had problems with a group of women in the church, but unfortunately have been used from the context. The Bible is inspired by God, but do not give all the authors of the Bible, the power of Jesus to the law. Therefore, the ground warp and lose the object of history. The real problem is that all the men leave the church if we really followed the law and treat their women as they heal?
