I just read that Verizon, a new "Enhanced multimedia phone" rule that all phone with EVDO Rev A data plan required, opened. Chocolate Touch EVDO Rev 0 has only a data plan or need?

The key to have to now have a data plan, however, is not the hint of chocolate. I think the new law came into force on 8 November. If you vzw.com, search ENV contact is required for a data plan when you buy the phone.
